Michael came right on time and provided various options to repair the drip coming from a PVC section connected to my water heater. He was very courteous and answered my questions so I was able to make decisions at the time. It was pricey but it gives me peace of mind that I no longer have a constant drip.

Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical did an amazing job fixing my bathtub faucet leak on an older faucet fixture!! The plumber Hayden that came out to my place to complete the initial inspection and the repair had great customer service, was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly! We had a great experience with Sky Heating. From setting/getting an initial appointment, to the tech that came out. Our furnace was not blowing any air/heat at all. Our tech - Chris C. - was on time and very thorough in his diagnostics. He explained what was going on, showed us all the pictures he took, and gave us several repair options. He never tried to push anything on us and was just letting us know what parts of our furnace were in need of a little more TLC. Once we agreed on repairs, Chris was quick and efficient. I am happy we used Sky Heating and would definitely recommend them and Chris C.

Eric did an amazing job explaining and showing me what was wrong with my furnace before repairing. The part took several weeks to order. A tree limb fell during the winter weather and ripped the meter and mast from the side of our house. We were able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeline. Braxton came out and wrote up bids with several options to fix our problem and meet our electrical needs. They were able to complete the project the very next day. Spence came out 4 days ahead of my appt. This is an excellent company. We had them install a complete system for heating and cooling and they have bent over backwards to make sure everything has been done correctly and that we are happy customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a customer for life as they’ve won my trust. Our gas furnace was not working correctly. We called Sky heating and they sent someone out same-day. Dan Bloomfield was our tech and he did an amazing job. Dan was professional and efficient. Carlos from Sky Heating & Plumbing came out to do one job and ended up doing several. He inspected my water heater and pointed out the spots where it had been installed incorrectly. Brodie Anderson came out to inspect, and ultimately replace, my water heaters heating elements. I asked a million questions, which he was happy to answer. In the end, not only did he solve our problem quickly and for a reasonable cost. But, He also gave me a education on how water heaters work. Brodie even brought in Amazon deliveries that were dropped off during trips to his truck for parts. Very happy with the work and the customer service

Our tech, Eric, was very thorough in inspecting our geriatric furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to show us and describe each problem he found. He sat with us and outlined several levels of repairs we could do and what they would cost. Shortly after he left we received an email detailing findings and cost. We later received a detailed email from the company comparing normal findings and expectations compared to his findings. We decided it is time to send our equipment to hospice and get estimates for removal and replacements. Definitely would recommend company and tech for any HVAC problems you are having

The company was easy to work with.They had a promotion going on for a Heater Tune-up service before winter began that was a great deal & Ryan Adams did a great job servicing/tuning up our gas furnace.Only semi-critical note is that you have to be specific when making the appointment and ask that the promotion/coupon they show on their website, be applied to your service appointment. Not a big deal, but just something to keep in mind.

Spencer did an amazing job troubleshooting and finding the issue. He even rescheduled at no additional charge to contact tech support of my Mini Split to find the correct issues. In the end of the day, the repairs were affordable and there was absolutely zero pressure to upgrade. It was an honest and fair assessment. Highly recommended!

We had a sewer drain line emergency, Sky was able to get Jay out the same day. After a couple hours of work, he concluded that the main line was collapsed deep under the driveway, beyond the scope of his equipment. He was professional and friendly. Kelly and his assistant were great! Very professional and friendly. They made sure to answer all my questions I had with my new furnace they installed. Drop clothes were laid down on my carpet and plastic covered my stairs up to where my furnace was. They cleaned everything up very well once they were finished. I was surprised at the time it took them to install the new furnace. They worked very quick and efficiently. We hired Sky Plumbing to install a kitchen faucet to replace an old nonstop dripping faucet. We were able to schedule a plumber in just three days. Kyle showed up as scheduled, gave us a quote to do the job, and proceeded to do the job after we accepted the quote. Kyle was courteous, friendly, and professional all the way. It wasn’t cheap, but the job was done right. I didn’t have to make three trips to a hardware store or buy a multi tool to saw out a rusted nut. Or hurt my old back. Thanks Kyle

Jeff F was over today for plumbing, I had an 8am to 4pm window. He was knocking at my door at 8:01. I've used Sky a few times at this point. Their dispatch is always kind, their wait times can be a bit long, but every service person they've ever sent out has been phenomenal. They'll stop work and come get you if they think something won't be up to par and provide options, rather than maliciously charging through to make their day shorter and/or make it to the next place on time (probably why their wait can be a while). Today I was doing a toilet replacement with one I had already purchased (and the old one was clogged and awful). He set it and pointed out the footprint of it differed from my last one and the guys that had tiled the bathroom floor left gaps this one wouldn't cover. He laid out all of my options and made sure I got what I wanted. I paid more than the original estimate for him to pick up a toilet that would cover the gaps without him using excess caulking, but he gave me that option as well that would have stuck with the estimate.I'm sure you can find cheaper somewhere, but you get what you pay for.Thanks Jeff!

Matt Daley was great. I needed two light fixtures switched out, and a dimmer installed. Matt not only performed the work, but cared that it was done properly and to a high standard, switching out a damaged electrical component at no extra charge, and little things like making sure the fixtures were level, looked nice aesthetically, etc. He was very responsive to my requests and questions, and also made certain the areas he worked in were cleaned afterwards. On top of that, he is a very warm and affable person, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Matt and this company.

Where to start! Our experience with Sky Heating and Air was exceptional!The first warm day of the year and Josh W was on time and friendly! He was thorough and gave me the "bad news" gently! His kind and compassionate approach made the repair list not as overwhelming. When he came back the next week for the repairs, he was very professional and hardworking. He was great working with and around my young kids and it was a pleasure having him here! 10/10!The "second" Josh we had was also awesome! I woke up Sunday morning in January and my heater was not working. The normal company I work with usually gives me about a five day period to get someone out. Recall seeing a Sky truck in my neighborhood, so I called them. Fortunately, I was able to get my heating. Turned on that morning was not an emergency, but they were able to come out the next day. Jason Howard showed up and was extremely nice and informative. He walked through my system and told me all of the faults that had popped up over the last couple of years and also told me what was repaired from the last company who installed the unit a few years back. He did a simple check up and cleaning. He was a great guy and next time I will ask for him by name if I were you, I would ask for Jason as well. We purchased a new heat pump and ductless wall unit, replacing our old unit. After several attempts to work the bugs out of the new system, Sky ended up having to replace it under warranty. The technicians are professional, personable, respectful and did a very good job every time they were here. Our experience with the call center was slow to often nonexistent. We had to continually be proactive to get our heating system problems resolved.

Got to share how awesome it is working with the people at Sky Heating. My first engagement was with Charlie. He came to the house and did a thorough review of our furnace and A/C. He asked about our needs and came back with several options to replace both units. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. Although we did get other quotes, we went with Sky. I have used Sky Heating for at least 20 years. They do regular maintenance on my gas furnace. I decided to get a mini split unit for my cottage and add an AC unit to my furnace. I got my quote a week ago and in less than a week I had my new units installed and I'm ready for the hot weather. I didn't get other quotes because I trust Sky Heating and have always had good luck with them.Nico helped me decide what to have installed in a very friendly not pushy manner, and helped me figure out financing.Today I had a great E team, Eric and Earl who got my units installed, and also the electricians (I can't remember their names) Eric and Earl both helped me understand how to operate the new units and answered any questions I had. We worked with three different people as part of this furnace purchase and installation. Don came out to do our initial repair on our old furnace and was very good about explaining what the issue was and how he fixed it. He also recommended looking into new furnaces as ours was 32yrs old!Randy came out and did the evaluation + quote and was great. He gave us our options and explained which he though was best with no jargon. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy something we didn’t need and knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into after making a decision.Eric handled our installation. We scheduled with Sky Heating to have the furnace serviced and to have the Nest thermostat. The Nest thermostat had been giving us odd messages and saying that it couldn't control some of the equipment in the system.Jason found a problem with thermostat wiring while servicing the furnace so both work fine now.He finished his work sooner than I expected and gave me a thorough debriefing of what he found including a complete set of photos. The pictures were very helpful. He identified several things that we need to consider to keep the furnace operating well. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and personal throughout.We will continue to use Sky Heating for our HVAC service.

I have hired Sky multiple times in the past 5 years and have future appointments booked, as well. Every time I call to inquire about an estimate, someone always answers the phone and promptly schedules ~ the day before the appointment I receive a text message or email reminder and the day of, I’ve always received a heads up when the technician is on the way. I especially like that I’m sent the full name(s) of the technician(s)as well as a picture and bio of who will be doing the work or giving the estimate. Sky has a fantastic team! So far, Eric, Jeff, Grant and Chris have all completed work at my Piano Studio. These technicians have extensive training, are kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in their fields, explain all options very clearly and email a detailed quote with several options to choose from. There is no pressure to purchase. They simply state the various options, point out the differences between their products and patiently re-explain if needed. Every question I have is answered thoroughly. The peace of mind Sky continues to provide is wonderful - knowing if anything ever goes wrong with the equipment they’ve installed, their maintenance team will be out for a prompt and trouble-free fix. The initial consultation, cost, and payment options were so good I decided on the spot to cancel the rest of the quotes and go with Sky on the spot. One week later they were installing my AC unit. They stayed in contact by text before the day of install. And when they said they'd be here between 8am and 9am, they were here at 8:05. The entire team was fast and efficient even when some logistics needed to be changed as to where my unit needed to ultimately go. They were as fast as they good be given the difficulty of where my heating unit was. Morgan was so friendly and he did such a great job repairing my furnace! He explained things so thoroughly and even showed me what parts needed to be fixed/replaced or cleaned, so that I understood more why it needed to be done, and was very patient explaining everything to me. Kenny McDonald did maintenance on my furnace about a year ago. I felt comfortable with him doing the work that I specifically asked for him on 9/17/20 to repair my AC which needed a new motor & maintenance. The tech that came (Morgan) was, prompt and professional, he even gave us options and set us up on a yearly membership so we get regular service. Hopefully that will keep our furnace from breaking down again...

I have been using Sky heating and Air conditioning’s services for the last 10 yrs. Recently I had an issue where the A/C unit stopped working during one of the hottest weeks this summer. Don Wilkinson from Sky heating was able to quickly diagnose the issue and replaced a faulty capacitor instantly. He also tested for refrigerant pressure, airflow, performed filter replacements and made sure the A/C is functioning properly before signing off. A thorough job indeed. Highly recommend Don for his knowledge in this field and for his professionalism.

I appreciate how thorough Morgan was today. He attentatively listened to me explain what was going on with the system. He then explained what he planned to do. Morgan checked in with me on each step, updating with findings. At the end he summarized the work done and patiently answered all my questions clearly and concisely. And he also made some suggestions for further service that was optional, without being pushy or salesy, so I feel informed. Am also thankful for his consideration in following guidelines for safety in this time of COVID

After 17 years it was time to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Sky was very quick to respond and replaced everything in less than 7 hours. Was very patient in explaining servicing and operation and helped set up and initialize the thermostat. Cleaned up afterwards and we’re careful to avoid damaging or dirtying the walls which had just been redone.

I just want to tell you how very impressed we were with Abel. He was right on time this morning and went right to work. He was exceptionally quick in getting our air-conditioning unit installed and ready to run. He was so quick that he finished the install long before the electrician showed up to supply power to the unit. Thank you very much Abel for a job well done.

Major Kudos to Brian and the Sky Team! A very difficult and complex ground loop heat pump was diagnosed and gone through for a terrific price. We've always had minor work done with Sky Heating and Cooling like furnace maintenance and replacing filters, so this was our first big job, having an AC unit installed. Scheduling was very easy and a pleasure. The receptionist that helped was very accommodating. We had Ryan out for the quote and he was great. Very informative and my wife appreciated the no pressure sales approach. We also appreciated that Ryan wasn't selling fear like the other companies we had out for quotes. Once we confirmed we wanted to work with Sky, Ryan had us on the schedule within 48 hours! I understand it is winter.. but still to have that kind of flexibility with a company that is also likely seeing a high volume of furnace repair... we were impressed. Roberto was the installer. Extremely professional and kind. He worked all day to find out that the unit itself was broken, so he had to come back out the following Monday to install a new unit which was fine.. again dead of winter we weren't in a rush to be blasting AC in February. Once installed and tested he gave my wife a great tutorial of how to work the controls and gave advice as to how to get the most efficiency out of both the AC and Furnace. We will certainly continue to work with Sky!
