Thumbs-Up for Superior Service

We had our first maintenance appointment with Sky today. Their technician, Miguel Sanchez, was very thorough and spent almost 4 hours making sure that our units were in good working condition. He also patiently explained every step that he took and documented pertinent details. I highly recommend getting on a maintenance plan with Sky.

Our heating vents were broken and we weren’t sure what to do. We called many places but only Sky had the ability to help us with these particular units. Matt was very kind, polite, and professional & explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would absolutely call Sky again if we need more electrical help. Thank you!!

Miguel Sanchez did a great job maintaining our furnace and air conditioner. He was meticulous with cleaning and inspecting, he provided excellent customer service, and he flat out cared. I was very happy with the service visit.

Great experience with Sky. From scheduling to the day of service, they communicated well and kept us informed.Julian, the tech who came out to fix our AC and Furnace issues, was punctual, courtesy, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it onsite. He then explained what was done and ensured all my questions were answered.
